# A message from the Founder

Today, I’m excited to announce that Voxie has raised another round of capital to fuel us into our next stage of growth.

I founded Voxie in 2018 because I believe

_In the future,_ _the only way a business can grow is_

_by talking with all of its customers, at scale._

This concept of _growing by talking with your customers_ manifested in everything from our name (Voxie means “to grow” in Norwegian) to the way we architected the platform to look for a response to every outbound message and action/trigger on response/no-response. Always growth centric. Always about authentic 2-way connection.

Over the past two years we’ve been privileged to help so many businesses impacted by the pandemic, to inject our conversational texting platform into their workflows and to drive dramatic ROIs, CSATs, CTRs, and every other acronym known to man, through a new and better way to connect with _**all**_ their customers at scale.

I want to send a big thank you to our fantastic customers and our hard-working, empathetic, do-whatever-it-takes Voxers who have been instrumental in helping us build a company that is recognized as a _Best Place to Work in Atlanta_ and a _Top 10 Most Innovative Company in Georgia_.

This new capital will allow us to do what so many have heard me say over and over: _Go faster_ _and with greater urgency._ We have an extremely specific vision for what the future of conversational messaging is and we’re going to dramatically accelerate our roadmap toward inventing it, which I’ll be sharing more about soon.
